All applications are reviewed and assessed on an individual basis. The following qualifications are not a set criterion, just a general guideline we follow.

Combined credit score of at least 600 with limited collections and delinquencies. Applicants with lower credit scores may be subject to a higher security deposit.

No Convicted Felony charges in last 5 years

No eviction filings within the last 5 years.

Requires 3 times monthly rent of verified income. Copies of pay stubs required.

Every person over the age of 18 that will be residing at the property needs to complete the application. Application charge is $60 per person.
